Families in Worship

At Bethel we encourage children of all ages to participate in the worship service. Children have special times in the worship service to be engaged by participating in the children's lesson and recieving a blessing during Holy Communion. You can also encourage them to sing and pray alongside of you by showing them how to follow along in the bulletin, inviting them to kneel and stand with you, and exploring an age-appropriate activity bag. Families may also enjoy serving as a greeter or usher, or participating in the children's singing or bell choirs. More than anything we see how children love to learn how to worship by sitting with their siblings, parents and grandparents.

As a help to families with young children, a nursery is available for children 5 years old and younger. You can find more information about our nursery here.
